Not reliable delivery service

I like this chocolate, but the price did get up quite a lot in the past two years. I know the cacao price has gone up, but the shipping cost was too high, and I had a very bad experience receiving my parcel. Please consider using a different delivery service, as the FedEx driver let me waste half a day trying to find the parcel and worried if I would get it. There's no customer support line to call, nor online chat to help.

Well Balanced not sweet

This was an easy chocolate to work woth once you get to grips with the tempering. I wpuld suggest maybe an easy guide for different types of applications could be useful. I do like that this one isn't to sweet so even though its 70% it has a feel of an 80%. Ideally a good all rounder for dwelling vegna style chocolate.

A good all round chocolate

A great chocolate at a good price. Taste is great - not bitter and even people who aren't so keen on dark chocolate, say that they enjoy this (I use it in a chocvolate tasting for chocolate workshops). Although the chocolate fluidity is stated to be 4 drops, I think it's more like a 3 drop chocolate. That's not a problem for me but for those worried about it being too fluid, you'll be fine with this.
