We process and dispatch orders received before 2 pm on the same day for orders placed from Monday to Friday, orders after that time or placed on weekends, will be processed and shipped during the following business day*. You can track your order once it has been shipped by clicking here**.
We offer next-day*** delivery to most mainland UK addresses for orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 2 pm. Orders placed after 2 pm from Friday to Sunday will be processed during the following business day. If your order has not arrived, please check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn't work, contact us by sending an email to email@example.com, tell us what you bought and your order number. we'll help you out.
Delivery is free on orders over £110. Orders under this amount have the following delivery rates:

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Luker Chocolate cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
Orders can be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed, they may not be canceled.
We do not include any paperwork with the parcels. A confirmation email including the invoice/receipt will be sent immediately after you place your order.
