We offer next day delivery to most mainland UK Addresses* for Orders placed from monday to Thursday before 1pm.
Orders placed after 1pm or from Friday to Sunday will be processed during the following business day.

If you have mistakenly ordered some products or want to cancel your order, please contact us by sending an email to amrodriguezg@lukerchocolate.com. If your order has not been processed and dispatched, we will Cancel your Order and arrange a Full Refund. 

We require any returns to be notified within 14 days after receiving your order.  Any Returns after this time, would need to be agreed on an individual basis. 

Refunds for return will only be arranged once they have arrived and have been inspected by our Fulfilment Warehouse.  If any products being returned are found to have been opened or unsuitable for resale, then we will contact you to also confirm that the cost of these products will be deducted from your Refund. Products will be inspected and checked on arrival, to make sure that they are in Good Condition. 

Damages and issues

Any damages or shortages must be reported within 14 days of receipt to amrodriguezg@lukerchocolate.com so, any redit or replacement product can be arranged with you. 

If you have any product quality concerns, please contact amrodriguezg@lukerchocolate.com and we’ll contact you to clarify any concerns that you may have. 

Exchanges

To request a refund or product exchange please contact us by email at amrodriguezg@lukerchocolate.com with your order number, details of the product, batch number and best before date, specifying whether you would like a product exchange or payment refund to your credit card**.  

  1. We retain the right to request a photo or collect any damaged or incorrect products. Please make sure to keep the initially ordered products as we may collect them for analysis and/or internal review if needed. 
  1. We will confirm pick up of damaged or incorrect products and delivery of new items. 
  1. Refunds only apply to purchases made on this site 
  1. Returns over full-priced items (returns are not available on sale items) 

 

Returns are subject to fulfilment of the following conditions: 

  • The item must have been sold on our online store. 
  • The item shouldn't have been used in any way. 
  • All items must be in an unused re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit these criteria. 
  • The return or exchange request should be made within 14 days after delivery. 
  • Delivery return is paid by customer. Unless products are damaged 

Order Cancellation 

You may cancel your order max 24 hours after purchase. During this time, we will guarantee full refund (check gateway charges) of your payment.  

 

*Only if your order arrives damaged, we’ll pay for the return; Otherwise, the return will be charged to the customer. 

**All refunds will be made to the same credit card used for payment.
