It has well-defined chocolate-like notes, strong cocoa flavour with bitter notes, low astringency, mild acidity, and delicate fruity notes. Perfect for a wide range of applications such as enrobing, moulding, filling, decorating, and use in deserts.

Luker are very easy to do business with. Their website is pretty good but delivery is very good, only let down slightly be the courier not sticking to the estimated delivery time. If you haven't tried their Huila, give it a go!
