This 65% dark chocolate couverture is made with single-origin cacao beans from Santander, which is Colombia's most important cocoa-growing region. This chocolate has a fruity flavour with a good bitter-sweet balance and spicy and woody notes, perfect for a wide range of applications ranging from moulding and enrobing to ganaches, decorative figures and more. Smooth in texture, melts in the mouth quickly.
