Just like the other review, there was some bloom upon arrival & I was initially disappointed as it did not seem to be the quality of the Belgian product I was buying previously, but I was very wrong. Once tempered it is a far superior product in every way. 5 stars!

Good beans, but not very well made chocolate

Good quality beans with a woody/herby taste that lingers well. Pleasantly astringent.

On the flipside, noticeably poorly homogenised with evident sugar crystals and heavy fat bloom, indicating lack of attention with manufacturing and storage.

3/5 good cooking chocolate for the price point, worth a try, especially if you have time to temper it yourself.
