Amazing!

The chocolate is incredible. Just the right amount of dark with sweetness and depth. It was insanely delicious in chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream and I can’t wait to use it for chocolate crème patisserie to fill doughnuts!

Perfect for hot chocolate

There is a little Colombian coffee shop where I live that do amazing hot chcolate so I asked them what they use and they showed me a bag of Macondo 60%. Bought a bag from Luker and not disappointed! Just the right balance of sweetness to dark chocolate bitterness and beautfiul silky mouth feel.
